I would like to file a legal separation from my husband we live in California.
I want to know how to do it what forms I need to fill out. Also what rights does he have in a legal separation. We have one child and he is 3 years old. We have been married for 4 yeas and for the last 3 years I haven’t worked, I have been in school. What support will he have to give me and our son, also what about the apartment we have?

My Son manages to make less than $400. a month. The child support enforcement is threatening to take every cent he gets also his old beater car. The guy will be left with absolutely Nothing! and No way to even work at all. We have tried and tried to get this form for him to send to them but…they refuse to tell us how/where to get it. It is a legitimate form and perfectly legal for a person to submit. PLEASE can anyone help? We live in Linn County, Oregon

It says the form is legal binding and that the apartment may be pre-leased anytime after this notice is given. i signed it on the 21st with the intention that i was moving down with my fiance, but its not going to work and he wants to move up here. Its memorial day weekend and altho i left two messages on my apt managers home phone and on the work phone and left a letter in the box, i cant get ahold of her and she wont be in till tuesday. is there any way i can stay. its month to month right now, i havent signed a 6 mo or year lease after my first one was up, i dont wanna lose my apartment and its a few days before the 30th before i have 1 mo to move out. i have to move out on or before June 30th. is there any good helpful advice. i live in kansas and i dont know my rights here as far as being able to have my place back. i owe back rent but my fiance said hed help catch that up and i can get help from other places i just want to know if im allowed to stay. she has other people in line to look at apartments and said she will give me 24 hrs notice if she has to show it but hasnt done so yet and wont be here over the weekend so i can talk to her. please help
but ive lived there for over a year and a few months and shes always worked with me before. i just signed. it . the thirty days havent started nor has she shown the apartment to anyone. is there any way i can catch up my rent and be able to stay. this is my home. i dont wanna lose it.

I live in a house where I am verbally abused by my mother, and sopmetimes physically, but never anything major. I’ve gotten a few bruises, but I’m not dying lol.

I considered reporting my mom for child abuse, hoping the state will take me away form my mother. Until I learned that they take all the children out of the ‘abusive’ home. The thing is…

My mother is only abusive to me; my younger half-sister is the golden child, she’s treated like a princess, she’s thin, tan and pretty, you know the type. She’d get abused in a foster home. But…She has a life ahead opf her with my mom and step-dad, I don’t. You know? They treat her well.

I feel that if I’ve suffered from my mother’s ‘abuse’ (god i hate that word) for 14 years, that I’m ready to take on the world.

I’d be living with my 17 year old boyfriend, So I’d have some extra support so I can keep a job but still finish school.

I’m really considering it. But is it legal? Or am I too young?

Gamer659…: I don’t have a computer. I’m at my friend’s house. Well, I do have a computer, theres 5 in my house, all laptops. My 8 year old sister gets one, my step dad, my older sisters, and my mom have one. I don’t get one; my mother makes drama up claiming “You’ll just break it. And your not allowed to use anyone else’s computer either”. So, don’t act like you know everything; all high and mighty, painting every teenager with the same brush, stereotyping us and categorizing. That’s disgusting and dispicible. I’m not jelous of any of my siblings. My point in that was; my sister is important to me and I know shes treated well at my house, so I didnt report child abuse because she’d be taken away from her happy home and I don’t want that to happen. Read the entire paragraph I wrote, and the rest of my rant too; don’t think you can sentence-surf and think your intellegent.
