There’s really not a specific part of Hawaii, I just want to know in general?

Like how much would rent cost with an efficiency apartment or a one bedroom apartment?
I already know that milk, gas, food, etc…will be higher. I just want a price estimates of apartments.

In your opinion, where is the best place to live in Hawaii?
What is the weather like during winter?

Also, I reside in Texas…so how much would the move cost me?

& what are good colleges?

I live in Chicago and I been living in this building for 7 years. When I rented the apartment the landlord told me that the parking was included, however, the new owners keep the apartments with the old regulations except one: we have to pay for parking! I was fine with the amount they ask a month. I filled up the application and once I was approved I send my rent with the extra fee for the parking. However, I received another letter saying that in order to get the permit tag for the parking I have to sign an agreement for I feel cheated because I have proof that they CLEARLY stated in writing and even I asked the landlord over the phone and he also said . As far as I know if they advertised as they should keep it or make corrections before they receive the rent or the extra fee, or at least notice us in some way. So, it is legal form my landlord to change the fee without notice or otherwise get abused and pay the . (it’s not about the money, it is about tenants rights)

My wife and I are buying a commercial property with 8 apartments, and will be living in one of them. We have read that there are tax benefits to making our own corporation and listing my wife as an employee of it so that the profits will go towards her social security eligibility and we will also save on taxes.

Is there anyone else out there who has done this before and knows the process? Are there any advantages or disadvantages that could help us make the decision? Any expert advice is appreciated. Thank you.
